Martavious McGee

Executive Chef

Martavious McGee is the current executive chef of the Blue Room. He graduated from Soulsville Charter School and also graduated from The Kemmons Wilson School. So he is back where he started in a sense and is excited to debut his new menu!

Avery O’Brian Cain

Sous Chef

Sous Chef Avery O’Brian Cai has menus that fix your need for a successful function, sit-down, buffet style, plated, catering, whatever. The chef can collaborate with you on your budget and has a binder to go over any event you would like to have.

Formal or casual: Wine dinners, to go, meal prep, anniversaries, birthday parties, weddings, special occasions, and networking functions.

Rebecca Howard

General Manager / Executive Chef

Head Chef / General Manager, Rebecca Howard is a formally trained chef with 22 years of experience in the Food Service Industry. Chef Rebecca has a Food Service Management B.S. degree from Johnson & Wales University and a Master of Arts degree from Saint Leo University Chef Rebecca specializes in, Italian, Southeast Asian, Caribbean, Creole/Cajun and Contemporary American Cuisines.

Chef Rebecca previously worked for Hilton Hotels in Tampa, W Hotel South Beach, Loews Hotel Miami Beach, The Little Mermaid in Pompano Beach Florida and higher education. She is passionate about serving delicious art on a plate! Chef enjoys providing clients with an unforgettable dining experience.
